How to cancel my ABConvert plan
You can cancel your plan by going to Settings > Account status > Cancel plan at any time. Please make sure all tests are closed before you cancel your plan.
What happens when you cancel or uninstall
When you cancel your plan or uninstall ABConvert from your Shopify store, your subscription is cancelled while your access will remain till the end of your grace period, the already paid period.
If you want to access app functionality or test data after grace period, you have to subscribe to a new plan.
For Shopify apps, uninstalling the app automatically cancels your subscription.
Refund policy
We issue a full refund for:
Yearly subscription plans canceled within 14 days of the first payment.
Frozen charges that occurred when your store is closed.
We don’t issue refunds for:
Yearly subscription plans canceled after 14 days following the first payment.
Monthly plans canceled after the free trial period.
Claims of no test usage during the subscription period (ABConvert is a subscription-based product and not usage-based).
Partial refunds for unused time remaining in your subscription period.
If you cancel or uninstall mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. We recommend timing your cancellation near the end of your billing period if you wish to maximize your subscription value.
This refund right is limited to one time per Shopify store.
Request a refund
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please submit your request via our refund request form. Our refund requests are accepted only through our refund request form. Our team reviews every refund request closely and will contact you via email in less than 5 business days.

Can I still access the app after I cancel or uninstall if my subscription period hasn't ended?
Yes. Once you cancel your subscription or uninstall ABConvert, your subscription is cancelled while your access will remain till the end of your grace period, the already paid period.
What if I reinstall the app later?
You can reinstall ABConvert at any time. If it's still your grace period, you'll have access to our app automatically. If your grace period has ended, you'll need to subscribe again to access app functions.
When will I receive the refund?
ABConvert can only process the refund after we receive your subscription payment from Shopify. Therefore, you can expect to receive the refund within 3 business days after the billing date of your requested refund.
Take this as an example:
If you requested a refund during Jan 1 - Jan 15, ABConvert can only begin processing the refund after Jan 15.
