What changed on October 1, 2025?

We improved analytics performance by implementing smart caching. Your analytics data now loads much faster - often in under 50 milliseconds instead of several seconds!

Note: If you don't see new data appearing in your analytics for the first hour after launching an experiment, this is completely normal - it's due to caching.

How caching works

When you view your experiment analytics, the data is stored temporarily for up to 10 minutes. This gives you:

- Faster load times - Your dashboard loads almost instantly

- Consistent data - All analytics views show the same numbers during the cache period

- Better performance - Less load on our servers means a smoother experience

Here's what happens:

1. When you first view your analytics, the data is fetched and stored in cache

2. For the next hour, you'll see the same snapshot of data, even if new visitors are converting

3. After the hour expires, fresh data is automatically fetched and displayed

What you should do

Your data is being collected correctly in the background. You have two options:

Wait it out

Simply wait up to an hour, then refresh your analytics dashboard. You'll see all the latest conversions and visitor data that accumulated during that time.

Best practice

For the most accurate view when launching a new experiment:

- Check your analytics after your experiment has been running for at least 1-2 hours

- This gives the system time to collect meaningful data beyond the initial cache period

Frequently asked questions

Is my data being lost?

No! All visitor interactions and conversions are being recorded in real-time. The cache only affects when you see the data in your dashboard.

How often should I check my analytics?

For best results, check your experiment performance once every few hours or daily. This gives you fresh data while benefiting from the improved speed.

Can I force a refresh?

The cache automatically refreshes every hour. Waiting a bit and then reloading your dashboard will show you the latest data.

Will this affect my experiment results?

Not at all! This only affects how quickly data appears in your dashboard. All conversions and visitor data are tracked accurately in real-time.
