This article is for duplicate variant method price test.

If you have Variant Image Wizard + Swatch app installed in your store, please follow this guide to configure color swatch settings after creating your price tests.

Why do we need to do this

For price testing, we duplicate your product variants with different pricing. Some third-party apps may not automatically update their settings for these duplicate variants. In such cases, manual updates may be required.

Step 1

Create your price test.

Not sure how to start a price test? Please refer to the following article and video tutorial:

Step 2

Go to Variant Image Wizard + Swatch settings. Click on Edit Product Variants.

Find the product that needs to be updated. Click on Product Options.

Click on the Edit button next to the color variants.

Step 3

Go to SWATCH tab > Option Values. Update the color or image settings for duplicate variants.

Don’t forget to click on the save button after updating your settings.

Step 4

Go back to test preview page and make sure color swatch options are displayed correctly.
