You can cancel your ABConvert subscription at any time. We only issue refunds for some circumstances. Please review our refund policy in this guide.
We issue a full refund for:
Yearly subscription plans canceled within 14 days of the first payment.
Frozen charges that occurred when your store is closed.
We don’t issue refunds for:
Yearly subscription plans canceled after 14 days following the first payment.
Monthly plans canceled after the free trial period.
Claims of no test usage during the subscription period (ABConvert is a subscription-based product and not usage-based).
This refund right is limited to one time per Shopify store.
When will I receive the refund?
ABConvert can only process the refund after we receive your subscription payment from Shopify. Therefore, you can expect to receive the refund within 3 business days after the billing date of your requested refund.
Take this as an example:
If you requested a refund during Jan 1 - Jan 15, ABConvert can only begin processing the refund after Jan 15.
