Why ABConvert need collaborator access

  • Theme check: The onboarding process of ABConvert. It ensures that our price test can function properly as each store’s theme and utilized apps may vary.

  • Troubleshooting: It helps us resolve your issues more quickly, such as configuring tests or addressing issues related to custom themes or third-party apps.

  • Account management (Advanced or Plus plan): We will examine any issue regarding analytics, fix store operation issues related to a/b testing, and set up QA test.

What permission does ABConvert need?

  • Home: To navigate in your store.

  • Products: To check products and their variants to make sure you can conduct price tests smoothly.

  • Online store/ themes: To view theme settings or update liquid files to integrate our app with your store.

  • Store settings: To check the settings of your store like shipping profile and custom data.

  • Checkout: To troubleshoot checkout test-related issues.

How to accept it?

Please note that only the store owner or staff with Manage collaborator requests permission, can view collaborator access requests or grant collaborator access.

Email

You will receive an email when we send the collaborator access request to your store. Please click “view request“ and it will direct you to the settings page of your Shopify store. (See following steps in next paragraph)

  • Title: Request for store access from Kairos Labs

Shopify settings

  • Go to Shopify settings page and click Users and permissions tab

  • Click Review request in the Collaborators section

  • Review permissions and click Accept request
