Go to "Edit" page, and select "Remove products".
There will be a modal for you to select product(s) to remove.
When and how to use "Sync Products" in price test
Where to find sync product
Click "Sync products" button in edit page.
What syncing does
The "Sync products" feature updates product information from your Shopify store to your running test. This ensures our app can run with the latest product details, and avoid issues caused by inconsistency.
When to sync
Make sure to sync when you've updated following product information in Shopify after launching your test, including:
Product titles or handles
Variant titles or options (size, color, etc.)
Compare-at prices
Inventory costs (for profit tracking)
Product prices are controlled by your test configuration. And we do NOT recommend you to change product or variant prices in Shopify when there's an active price test running on that product. Please use test configuration in our app to change test price. To update original price, you should end current price test before changing.
Impact on test data
Syncing products does NOT reset or affect your existing test data. All conversion tracking, analytics, and historical data remain intact.
FAQ
What happens to my test data if I remove a product?
Historical data is preserved, but the product stops being tested and new visitors will no longer see price variations for that removed product.
Can I add new products to my running test?
Only the Cart Transform method allows adding products to a running test.
Will adding market prices affect my existing test data?
No, existing test data remains intact when you add market prices. Market prices only affect new visitors from the countries/currencies you configure.
But visitors who were already assigned to a test group before you added market prices will continue seeing their originally assigned prices.
Can I change the traffic split percentage after launching?
Yes, you can adjust traffic split percentages at any time. However, you cannot add new test groups or remove existing groups.
Changing traffic split affects only new visitors. Existing visitors will continue seeing their originally assigned variant to maintain data integrity.
What happens if I update product prices in Shopify after launching a test?
We do NOT recommend you to edit product or variant price when there's an active price test on that product. To update test prices in this case, edit them directly in the ABConvert test configuration. To update original price, end price test first before you edit.
Will syncing products reset my test data?
No, syncing products does NOT reset your test data. All conversion tracking, analytics, revenue data, and visitor assignments remain completely intact.
