Troubleshooting shipping tests

This article will guide you on how to troubleshoot your shipping test

Shipping tests are really powerful, but they can be quite complicated to set up for the first time.

Whenever you find that your shipping rate is not showing, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue

Step 1: use preview links to check the test

Use the preview link to view the shipping rate: go to Analytics and click Summary. Open the preview link in an incognito browser for each group to see if the rate is showing correctly.

Step 2: check if the shipping app embed is enabled

Go to sales channel > online store > theme > customize > app embeds to enable the script.

Step 3: check if our carrier rate is included in the shipping zone

If not, please follow steps here.

Step 4: check if there is a shipping rate sharing the same title as your test rate

Check if there is a shipping rate in your shipping zone with the same name as your test rate. If so, we recommend deleting the rate in your shipping zone. (Learn more here)
