Understand ABConvert subscription billing cycles, and what happens when you cancel subscription or uninstall the app.

Subscription Options

ABConvert offers two billing cycles:

  • Monthly subscription - Billed every 30 days

  • Annual subscription - Billed once per year (with savings compared to monthly)

What Happens When You Cancel or Uninstall

When you cancel your subscription or uninstall ABConvert from your Shopify store, app access is removed immediately.

If you want to access app functionality or test data, you have to subscribe to a new plan.

For Shopify apps, uninstalling the app automatically cancels your subscription.

Refund Policy

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in your subscription period.

If you cancel or uninstall mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. We recommend timing your cancellation near the end of your billing period if you wish to maximize your subscription value.

Before You Cancel

If you're considering cancellation, please keep in mind that your test data will no longer be accessible.

Common Question

Can I still access the app after I cancel or uninstall if my subscription period hasn't ended?

No. Once you cancel your subscription or uninstall ABConvert, app access is removed immediately even if you have days or months remaining in your billing period.

Why is access removed immediately when I cancel?

When you cancel or uninstall a Shopify app, Shopify's billing system terminates the subscription.

Can I get a refund for unused days?

No, we do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. We encourage you to cancel near the end of your billing cycle if you want to use the full period you've paid for.

What if I reinstall the app later?

You can reinstall ABConvert at any time. You'll need to subscribe again to access app function
